I'm Jai, a product designer in Pune with about six years across automotive, e-commerce, healthcare software and enterprise learning. Today I lead design for two learning products at Cornerstone, Saba Learn and Galaxy Learn, working closely with product, engineering and the design-system team.

What I enjoy most is taking complex enterprise problems, from early product ideas to scalable design systems, and turning them into experiences that are simpler, clearer and more useful. Lately, that means building agentic AI systems people can supervise, trace and reverse.
